on the Exercise of European Citizenship Rights

The 6th European Forum of Citizens’ Advice Services will bring about more than one hundred professionals in the field of information and legal advice for the citizens, as well as interested general public. They will have an opportunity to share their experience, good practices in advice and evidence based social policy work, and make recommendations for the better application of the rights related to the European citizenship in the future.

The New Zealand Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux (NZACAB) is an independent community organisation whose member bureaux and specialist services around New Zealand provide information, advice, advocacy and support to individuals. CAB service is provided from 90 locations around New Zealand from the Far North to Invercargill, and also via a freephone number (0800 FOR CAB) which ensures no cost to any phone caller.
 
Over 30+ year history, Citizens Advice Bureaux in New Zealand have become a respected voice. They are trusted as informed and professional advocates of those who are disadvantaged or unfairly treated. The Citizens Advice service handles over 600,000 enquiries every year, and more than a half are related to government services, policy and legislation.
